Since we are a raiding guild, we look for some sort of class balance to place a crew of 25 into instances. Our optimal roster of dedicated raiders is thus 35. Specific status for ouf guild needs (i.e. Very High means we have no raiders of that class currently and we need them) in each class is listed below:
Currently in need of healers-all types and some warlocks.

Status Indicators
Closed = we will not accept classes of this type.
High = we need a couple of this class type
Low = We are nearly full on this class.
Any other tag = It gives you an idea of your likeliness to get into raids immediately. Getting geared from instance drops is a function of time. What really matters is your attitude and skill level. If you show effort you will be rewarded. A class with Low recruitment means you’ll have lots of competition. High recruitment means you might be the only one of your class.
If your class is marked closed or very low, it helps if you have a secondary talent spec.
